EXPERIENCE IN ACTION

Molly Griffin is a results-oriented lobbyist who achieves objectives through effective engagement with the US Congress and other government officials. Over a span of more than 30 years she has successfully designed and implemented legislative and other outreach strategies for dozens of organizations, including emerging small businesses, middle market innovators, and most of the largest US defense contractors. Her efforts have facilitated substantial new and repeat government business annually for clients and have prompted action to remove barriers to business.

Molly served on Capitol Hill as legislative specialist on defense to a member of the House Armed Services Committee. An advisor on all defense and foreign policy issues, she specialized in programs and policy related to weapons system research and development, combat readiness, maintenance and repair depots, and chemical weapons arms control and destruction. Since leaving the Hill she has helped generate delivery of a wide variety of products and services, from tried-and-true systems to breakthrough innovations, to the Department of Defense and other agencies.

Molly is also experienced as owner of a small business that commercialized technology developed by a US national lab and sold products and R&D customization services to the US military and other government customers, foreign and domestic. In this capacity, she excelled at business development, strategic planning and partnering, program and contract management, and government customer liaison. Her experience as a government contractor affords her keen insight into the needs and challenges of government contractors and would-be government contractors whose interests she represents to the US Congress and government agencies.
